This is a great storage facility in Oxford, which I cannot highly recommend enough! The units are very clean and very secure and spread over various floors with a range of trollies, a commercial lift and packaging material in reception, should you need to purchase any. My company have been using Magenta Storage for 10 years and we always find the customer service A1; a very accommodating, helpful, professional and friendly team!

I have rented a space with magenta for the past 6mths or so and l must say l have been very happy with the services provided.
Shah, Jamie and his other team members who i've met along the way, are always welcoming and greet you with a smile.
The place is loverly clean and refreshing.
I highly reccommend Magenta Storage.

Have been impressed with customer service at Magenta. Prices were high but they were happy to price match big yellow and storage king.
Shah, Maya and Len have all been really helpful, responsive and friendly. Couple of small issues around out of hours access and a missing rivit on door lock bracket were fixed swiftly and without complaint.

Really happy with my experience here. The place is clean, secure, and super easy to access. Shah , Lenn and Jamie have been amazing, always friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from the start. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for stress-free storage and great people to deal with!

Recommended by a friend in uni. I move about once per year and this is a legit business & much better customer service than Lovespace, which broke my stuff and did not respond to my complaint. Staff available in person and over email/phone even on weekends. Got me a decent sized storage despite me only calling 3 days in advance. Jamie and Shah are really polite and helpful, and helped to take care of invoicing issues. Check in and check out were smooth.
Pro tips for cost savings: get your own lock (they have specific requirements so ask in advance), get your own contents insurance (I used Surewise Gold), and book a van in advance (I got an 8-seater taxi from 001, and the driver charged £30 on top of normal fares!)

Magenta Storage have been fantastic from the start. The day I moved in, Jamie handled everything and made it all so smooth and efficient, helping me and my dad as we moved in, even though it was a last-minute booking he got everything ready that day. His help and efficiency made life a lot easier. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite and courteous, and I’ve especially appreciated the email interactions with Shah, the manager - he’s always attentive, responsive pleasant, and genuinely helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. This place is located incredibly close to Oxford and I think makes your life so much easier as a student storing things!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Magenta Storage in Oxford! Not only was the move-in process smooth and straightforward, but Shahab, Shah, and Helen were incredibly accommodating on very short notice. They even recommended an excellent mover, which made the whole process much easier. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are safe. You can store pretty much anything you want with Magenta Storage from furniture to skiing equipment, golf balls to your prized stamp collection! All that we ask is that your goods aren’t perishable, hazardous, flammable, illegal or living! Anything else is absolutely fine.
We do personal, business, office, and student storage. Please pay us a visit as we are currently running some fantastic deals.
Self Storage is a shorter name for Self Service Storage where you hire a storage unit in which you store your belongings. All you have to do is bring your items to one of our storage facilities, put them in a storage unit, lock the door and you’re done! You can come and go as often as you like during the store opening hours. You are the sole keyholder so you can be assured your storage unit is 100% private.
Magenta Storage takes security very seriously. We want you to feel completely at ease when storing with us. As such, all Magenta Storage facilities are covered by 24hr CCTV surveillance and multi-zone alarm and fire systems. Access to Magenta Storage facilities is also tightly controlled using PIN access control systems which allow us to restrict access to authorised customers and staff.
