I used this storage unit service in between selling and buying my house, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding during what was quite a stressful time. They made the whole process easy and hassle-free, and I always felt confident that my belongings were safe. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage!

I would just like to highly recommend Magenta Storage at Banbury. The staff there are very accommodating and helpful. The facility itself is always clean and it really is a pleasure to use.
Over the last 15 months Kerry Barnes the Assistant Manager has spent time with us discussing and showing us different storage units to try to fit our budget to enable us to continue our storage at Magenta. I am pleased to say within those options we have found a unit that works for us. As our property is on the market, we may well need a larger storage unit again, but I feel certain that Kerry will find us additional space. In our experience, after the last 15 months we wouldn't consider going elsewhere

We have found Magenta in Banbury to be really useful and Emily and the team have been very helpful, with good advice when we needed to downgrade our unit size. Magenta is very well organised, easy to use and very accessible so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for your help.

We chose Magenta to visit first from three possibilities. We never needed to visit the other two! From the moment we met Kerry and Nigel on reception we were welcomed and looked after. They were informative and patient with our questions and requests and in no time at all, had us signed up to the unit we wanted. We would describe them as calm professionals with a friendly disposition. Now we know we are in good hands for the entirety of the time we will hold our goods at Magenta Banbury. Well done. It is refreshing in a time of often shoddy service to be treated like we used to 'back in the day'. Much appreciated.

Brilliant storage company. Very friendly staff, nice and simple onboarding, and just very stress-free journey throughout.
The cost can be quite expensive, but the 50% discounts are really helpful to drive that down.

Used Magenta to store my belongings during a 6month stint working abroad. Great value storage unit in a useful location just off the m40 in Banbury. Staff are super helpful and opening hours are great. Would recommend.

I hired a unit for a few weeks to make moving house a little less chaotic. The whole process was very easy as everything about the unit is designed for convenience. I was even able to give my car a free charge while I was there.

Very good staff especially Helen. We had a large locker for 3 years, very safe and secure. We left early and got our refund back the next day. And all the other girls who work there are brilliant.
