Van Hire is available at our Banbury, Reading, St Albans and Stirling Road facilities. 

Definition

In these terms & conditions the ‘customer’ has the following definition:

Individual and/or business who currently has a self-storage contract with Magenta Storage and are the registered account holder on the contract.

1. Purpose

1.1. These terms & Conditions specify:

 1.1.1 The terms under which the customer is allowed to use the free vehicle hire service.

 1.1.2 The terms under which the customer is not allowed to use the vehicle hire service.

2. Permitted usage 

1.2. In accordance with the terms of this agreement the customer may:

 1.2.1. Use the vehicle for a maximum of two hours for free via a promo code.

 1.2.2. Use the vehicle solely for the purpose of moving items into Magenta Storage.

1.3. In accordance with the terms of this agreement the customer may not:

 1.3.1 Give the code to any other individual be it emergency contact or otherwise.

 1.3.2 Use the free code to vacate the premises.

3. General

1.4. Furthermore the additional points stand as follows:

 1.4.1. Any additional costs above the free code allocation is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 1.4.2. General usage of van vehicle hire falls under the van vehicle hire Terms & Conditions.

 1.4.3. Magenta Storage reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any point without prior notice.
