Very happy with the Team at Magenta and the space itself. Easy to unload and load, storage exactly as described and expected and easy access with a keypad system. The Team is friendly and helpful - thanks to Scott for helping with any of the questions I've had!

We have been very pleased with the greeting we received from Scott at the Acton branch and the initial walk through with him to our proposed container. Following a smooth on line sign up for our container we had a thorough explanation of the coded access system and locking arrangements on our first rental day. All appears very secure.
The large lift to all floors, availability of trolleys and a dry loading dock has been of great benefit.
The staff are very welcoming and based on our experience, we would recommend using Magenta. Regards Simon

Great facility and friendly team. We have used the Acton unit on two separate occasions and both times have found the team really helpful and the unit itself was spotlessly clean. Thank you!

We have plenty of storage choices in Chiswick, and preferred Magenta on Stirling Road. Convenient, easy and secure access, and most importantly was the Service that we received from Joe.

One of the best storage places in the country.
I’ve been renting one of their units for over 3 years and I never had any issues with the management or the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful , and I’m able to run my music tuition business on their premises.
I highly recommend Magenta to everyone! Their prices are competitive and the new building looks amazing and has easy access.
