Or likewise, you could store all of your baubles in one container, and all of your tinsel in another. Another tip for storing baubles is to keep the original container that the baubles were sold in. These trays are a really good way to store the particular unique shape of the bauble and can used year after year. 

Best Ways to Store Your Christmas Tree

When it comes to storing your Christmas tree, if you have a fake one, you need to make sure the branches aren’t sticking out too far as this can take up unnecessary space. If they are sticking out use an old belt, or tie some string around the branches to secure them, making them less bulky, and reducing the amount of space used to store it. There are also lots of Christmas tree bags available online now in many sizes, these are great to keep everything neat and in one bag. In terms of fairy lights, and other LED lights, cable ties can be useful for stopping the lights from getting tangled. Perhaps try wrapping the lights around a wooden pole, we have even seen some people use old kitchen roll inserts!. 

When it comes to more delicate items like glass ornaments, you could wrap these in both tissue paper and bubble wrap to keep them in good condition whilst in storage. For your larger items, that are softer, such as throws and cushions, vacuum bags are great for minimising storage space.
